DEPOSITS/ PAYMENTS * A $15 deposit is due when booking appointment & it goes toward your service. * All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless I cancel. * You have 24 hours to reschedule your appointment to keep the same deposit. Any reschedules made under 24 hours before your appointment will be considered a new appointment. A new deposit will have to be received. * Remaining balance is to be PAID IN CASH OR VIA ZELLE ONLY. any other payments will require a $3 fee. * Please have proper amount at your appointment, I DO NOT have change or allow you to leave at anytime to come back APPOINTMENT DAY * Please arrive to your appointment free of any polishes, gels, or previous sets unless booked with removal. * I only do removals when booked in advanced. If you have nails on when a full-set is booked without a removal, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. * There is a 14 min grace period for all appointments. At 15 mins the appointment is automatically canceled and deposit is forfeited. * Please understand that the price you see on the site is subject to change when designs changes are made at the time of your appointment. The price could increase or decrease. POLICIES * Please DO NOT bring extra guest or children to appointment without confirming with me first. I know things happen but I like to know in advance. * If you do a NO CALL NO SHOW you will be charged a 30% inconvenience fee. If fee is not paid you will be blocked and banned from booking again. * Please know that I am able to refuse service at anytime if I feel uncomfortable or disrespected. * Please use your REAL first and last name when booking. SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS * Squeeze in appointments are for my off days (Sundays ) or days not shown on my booking site. Squeeze ins are $40 added to your service total. * Squeeze in fee is due at the time of booking with $15 Non-refundable deposit. $55 total when booking a squeeze in appointment. * OUTSIDE HOUR APPOINTMENTS are a $20 fee. If you're requesting an appointment before 9am or after 7pm it is considered after hours. $35 due at time of booking BOOKING CONCERNS I highly encourage contacting me regarding nail set services that you're not sure what to book under.
